Our sauna world is open every day 3 p.m. to 8 p.m.
The sauna world is a no-clothing area which must be entered with towel but no swimwear.
Sauna towels are provided in each room.
Children can access the sauna world if accompanied by their parents.
Most of our guests use this area to relax and have a rest, so please avoid making noise.
A Kelo sauna is a Finnish sauna. Kelo-wood is called Polar parched pines that have dried out over several centuries by the dry cold Polar.
In the Kelo Sauna prevails a temperature of 95 ° C, the humidity is only 10%. Due to the relatively high temperature and low humidity, this sauna is not only stimulates the circulation, but is also very well tolerated.
The world “sauna” is Finnish and means “wooden room”. It belongs to the traditional sweating therapies and has been practiced since many centuries.
Its peculiarity is the combination of high temperatures with a relatively low humidity of 10 to 20%. Our sauna, made of Tyrolean spruce with wall oven, uses infusions of mountain pine, menthol or eucalyptus and has a beneficial effect on the respiratory system.
This sweating room made of beech wood has a temperature of 80° Celsius and changes different herbal infusions every day.
It has a stimulating effect and enhances your general well-being. This type of sauna is very popular because of its pleasurable temperature.
A sweating therapy in this steam bath lets your skin feel extremely soft. It purifies and regenerates the respiratory system. Thanks to a temperature of approx. 55° C it is very enjoyable and only has a slight effect on circulation. The revitalizing and beneficial effect of the steam bath is enhanced by alpine herbs.

You alternatively put your feet into the warm pool and revitalize your circulation and health by keeping your feet a little bit longer in the cold pool.
Our wellness showers with lateral jets, the flood shower and the Kneipp tube provide the perfect refreshment after each sauna session.
